A tigon is a large cat whose father is a tiger and mother is a lion. The name was given to the company to represent the complementation of computer hardware and software to make a perfect fit with the best of two worlds, offering companies the benefit of fast, productive and dependable computer systems.
Our specialty is identified in our name, which is, providing companies with “solutions”. Our consultants conduct initial business assessments through a questionnaire; later, Tigon Solutions delivers a report based on the assessment, with analysis of current business practices and technology, and a proposal for projects that will meet the customer’s needs.
Our rate is $150 per hour and our service is guaranteed. We provide estimates on projects, obtain customer approval prior to commencing work, and ask for a 50% deposit at the beginning and the balance upon completion. Tigon Solutions also provides annual support contracts at a monthly flat rate.
Tigon Solutions has a staff of consultants who rotate between projects as needed.
Even if your company has only one computer which is your “Golden Goose”, Tigon Solutions can make recommendations based upon our business assessment, and can set up programs and devices to protect your investment.
